PRACTICAL DISSERTATION 

For the practical component of my dissertation, I aimed to create an eye-catching awareness campaign tailored to the rural community. I began by photographing farm scenes and experimenting with different ways to incorporate these visuals. Using screen printing, I designed posters that captured the essence of rural life. To bring the project to life in an authentic way, I also created stencils to spray-paint on items found in rural environments, such as feedbags and silage bales. The final campaign was an adaptation of the Samaritans’ existing initiative, with a unique twist that spoke directly to the farming community, blending visual impact with a message of mental health awareness.
